System Performance
The goal of system performance measurement is to help the Continuum of Care (CoC) assess the effectiveness of our entire system of care and how it operates as a system, not just evaluate each program independently. Performance measurement helps us understand how our system functions, what works, what doesn’t work, and what are the gaps and challenges.
