Community Plan to End Homelessness
In 2020 our community adopted the 2020-2025 Santa Clara County Community Plan to End Homelessness, which was developed collaboratively by representatives of community-based service organizations, local government, philanthropy, business, healthcare, and people with lived experience.

The 2020–2025 Community Plan to End Homelessness will serve as our roadmap for ending homelessness in Santa Clara County and is organized around three core strategies:

A thorough community engagement process occurred throughout late 2019 / early 2020 and included:
- Subject-matter expert convenings
- Stakeholder focus group meetings
- Key stakeholder interviews
- Consumer focus groups and interviews
- Community meetings
- Survey that yielded more than 5,000 responses
